24-hour HRV analysis
"A single measurement is a snapshot. Only the course of the day shows how your system regulates."
Autonomic nervous system
Stress, sleep and recovery
Heart rate variability (HRV) describes the subtle fluctuations between two heartbeats. It reflects how flexibly your autonomic nervous system can switch between activation and recovery. Short-term measurements via app or wearable only provide a snapshot (two valid measurements: heart rate and RMSSD). With a 24-hour medical-grade recording, we capture the complete daily rhythm (112 parameters): How stressful is your workday? Does your body wind down in the evening? Does genuine regeneration occur during sleep? The analysis reveals patterns rather than isolated values – and forms the basis for concrete measures whose effectiveness can be objectively verified in follow-up measurements.
