Neurotraining
"Pain, insecurity and performance limits are often not a question of the muscle, but of the information that the brain receives."
Brain = control center
vestibular, proprioceptive, visual
Your brain constantly assesses how safe a movement is. It uses information from three systems: the eyes, the balance organ in the inner ear, and the receptors in muscles and joints. If these signals are imprecise or contradictory, the nervous system reacts protectively – with tension, restricted movement, loss of strength, or pain. In neurotraining, we test which system is currently causing your brain to feel uncertain and address it directly: with short, precise exercises (drills) whose effects we immediately monitor. Through neuroplasticity – the nervous system's ability to reorganize itself through repetition – individual improvements become stable patterns.
